Stay active and exercise! It’s never too early or too late to start. We look forward to introducing you to our Wellness Center during an orientation appointment. At that time we can discuss your goals and set up your personal fitness program.

Our classes

Basic Fitness


Basic Fitness is a total body exercise class. The class consists of exercises that will improve your heart & lungs, increase muscles & bone strength, tone your body & improve your balance. Stretches to improve your flexibility. Class ends with relaxation and deep breathing exercises. Hand-held weights & stretch bands are provided. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.

Beginner Tai Chi


Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise that is excellent for improving balance and encouraging the mind/body connection.

Improve cardio health, burn calories, and get a total body workout! Geared for seniors.

Body Toning and Balance


Body Sculpting and Balance uses dumbbells and exercise bands to strengthen and tone your muscles. Includes balance, flexibility and relaxation.

Clogging


Intermediate Clogging is similar to tap dancing. Knowledge of basic steps is required.

Line Dancing


Intermediate line dance is designed for those experienced dancers, a great low impact class, learn new line dance moves, country songs to pop. Great for the memory!
