Wednesdays 2:45pm-3:45pm            8 week session

Basic Fitness is a total body exercise class.  The class consists of exercises that will improve your heart & lungs, increase muscles & bone strength, tone your body & improve your balance. Stretches to improve your flexibility.  Class ends with relaxation and deep breathing exercises.  Hand held weights & stretch bands are provided.  Participants are encourages to work at their own pace.

$28 members/ $38 non-members or $5 per class
